Ok, i took chem 2 at a school with semesters that was 4 semester credit hours lecture/lab plus a 1 credit recitation. I transferred to a school that is on quarters and had to retake chem 2 (5 quarter hours). I did better at the school with quarters. Which grade would ultimately replace the other in my GPA? I know that semester hours*(1.66) converts to quarter hours for transfer credits, but i guess i am not sure how the grade replacement for sure works with semesters and quarters. Any ideas on this will be much appreciated!
