I would like to know...
If I turn in my application on time in June 1, when will I get the letter of acceptance around what month? and when will be the interview?
Can I like... delay my interview date if I am not in the state? Because I am thinking about to study abroad right after I graduate in 2008.
So... I will be out of state from June to August. and Jan to May...
so please let me know...!!
and... when will be the Dental school start?

1. Dec 1st 2007 to ~may-july of 08
2. Sept 07 - ~march 08
3. Doubt it.
4. What the?!

No clear on q's 3 and 4.

June - August 2007 if you are out of the country, some (not many) schools actually schedule interviews and conduct interviews in August. Many schools send out and process secondary applications in August. If you go, it would be good if you can have access to your mail. Alternatively, don't apply to the early schools-usually Case and most of the east coast. If you are out of country during the spring period you may miss a late interview/late acceptance notice and a deadline to pay the fee to hold a spot if you are accepted.

Dental schools normally start earlier than the rest of the university. Depending on the school, July or August. However, this information is on the school website.

That presumes that you get an early interview and an early acceptance. The earliest acceptances are December 1st and the rest roll on after that.

and when will be the interview?

That depends upon how competitive an applicant you are. It can be as early as Late July for some schools to March. The vast majority are between October to January.

Did you, like, serious type "like" into the question? Most schools allow you to choose an interview date that suits you. However, you are limited in your choices. A school might contact you and tell you to call them to set up an interview. If you don't contact them back quickly, they may dismiss you as not being interested in their school. If you contact them and it is, say, August, they may tell you some dates in September and October to choose from. If you tell them you cannot make any of those dates and need a later interview in December, they may be put off but most will try to accomodate you. A few schools simply tell you when your interview will be and expect you to make it. You can call to change the date though.

Are you applying now? Cause if you are, then you would be missing dental school if you studied abroad next year. If you are applying next year, Being gone from June to August will suck cause if you cannot access your email and mail, you will find it hard to return secondary applications and you might miss mail for early interview invites.

Dental schools begin anywhere from July to October of the year after you apply depending on the school.
