So I just noticed that we have to mail the signature page and processing fee, as opposed to submitting it online. Does anyone know if this needs to be received by Oct 2 or postmarked by Oct 2??

I was surprised by that as well! Postmarked by the 2nd. As long as its in the mail by the deadline i think we are okay.
