Can you customize the question blocks the same way you can with UW?

I can vouch for Rx. I'm sure Kaplan does too.

Kaplan too. Also, they just added some feature where you can pick the "difficulty" of questions you want (based, presumably, on % correct on average by Kaplan users).

yes Rx has that feature, am sure kaplan has it too, but only used Rx, my vote is for rx
