question about KCOM's M.S. Biomed. Sci. program

Forgive me if this is not in the proper section; I'm submitting my application to the program today but had a question about choosing the best time to start. The first page of the app. says that beginning in the summer is highly recommended but that students may also choose to begin in the fall. I called to ask why but the person I need to talk to is in a meeting. I kind of need a quick answer so if anyone knows, let me know asap. (I'm also an applicant to KCOM's D.O. program but am still waiting (in vain?) for an interview; if I don't get in, I plan on using the MS program to get in for 2006). Thanks in advance.
