Question about LOR for CCOM

Hello! ChooseDO says that a LOR from an MD/DO is not required for CCOM, but on their website it is a little unclear. Can someone let me know? Thanks for reading!

The school's own website supersedes the information on the ChooseDO site. The physician letter appears to be strongly recommended. Considering this is one of the oldest DO schools with an average matriculated MCAT of around 510, it would be better if you had the letter.
