I asked my anthropology professor to write me a letter of rec. I see some schools require a science professor to write the letter. From this prof I took biological anthropology, human osteology, and forensic anthropology. All these courses dealt heavily in the sciences. Would I be able to consider him as a science professor?
Also Its hard for me to ask my basic science professors because it has been many years since I took their classes. Do schools accept letters from upper division science profs instead?

My major is anthropology too! by the way, those classes will not count in your science GPA. He would be your non-science professor recommender. I got my chem teacher to write me my science LOR. I think it's time for you to do some kissing up!
