Question about my ethnicity/race for my application.

This is my second time applying. I’m now starting to question whether I’m URM having read the amcas website. My mother’s side (I do not know my father but he is white) is from Spain. I have always claimed hispanic/white (not latinx) status on all college/government apps etc, but should I explicitly state I am not URM somewhere on my app to med school? I definitely look white and have never suffered discrimination based on how I look, which I assume is the point of the distinction.
