On the New England college of optometry website it saids that 4 semesters of Humanities and 4 semesters of Social Sciences are required before entering.

But when I requested information from them and on the application, the humanities and social sciences requirement are no where to be found. i called up the school and asked them about it but he talked about the twelve semester hours of humanities and twelve semester hours of social sciences requirment that are needed to be awarded a degree by NECO. is twelve semesters hours and 4 semesters the same thing??? Is the 4 semesters of humanites and soical sciences required or is it just needed to be awarded a degree from the school? iam very confused, please help.
