Question about NYS compounding exam

So I took the test over the last two days. I used a metal spatula to compound an ointment containing a salicylate, is this considered a fatal flaw to the compound/patient?

Rubber spatula should’ve been used. Anyone knows?? Please @Expired Pharmacist

You'll most likely just get points off if the proctors noticed. It makes the metal corrosive but i dont think it's a fatal flaw

What if when I was making my IV bag, the powder wasn’t fully dissolved before being injected into the IV bag?
