Hmmm, form what I remember you should be fine - lunch at 1ish was the last thing we did (unless they've changed anything).

You can always tell them you have a flight, they may interview you sooner and then it wouldn't look so bad if you missed lunch.

I interviewed there last week. The lunch is the last thing on the agenda. It starts around 1:00. You can finish up fast and leave. My flight was around 4 as well. I had plenty of time to get to the airport (JFK by cab).
