Alright so I know this isn't the right place to ask this question, but I don't really know where else to ask except for the oral surgeon, which I'd have to go in for a consultation and that wouldn't happen until this summer.
Anyway, my orthodontist suggests I need surgery for my jaw. I have two things wrong with my bite, I forget what they are called, but my upper jaw is too narrow and my lower jaw is not "level" and I have a slight under bite. To correct this two surgeries would be required, one to split my upper jaw 🙂eek🙂 to expand it, and another to fix my lower jaw.
Does anyone know anything about this type of surgery or perhaps a site where I could get more information? It sounds really intense.
Thanks everyone, I really appreciate it!
