There's obviously a ton. Clearly, there will be questions that seem to be coming from left field even if you have FA & Pathoma memorized cover-to-cover. I get that.

My question: are the micrographs & path images in FA & Pathoma a sufficient representation of what to expect in the way of images on Step 1? Of course theres Koilocytes and Sideroblasts and Spherocytes and Clue Cells and Trichomonas, but have any Step1 "alumni" felt that there were path/histo images on Step1 that required being able to make fine distinctions/DDx on the basis of the micrograph alone, or is sufficient context for the case provided in the question stem that the image is more of a confirmation than a confounder?

Kind of panicking about Path Images, would love some insight from anyone!

Thanks 🙂
