Question about pharmacist raise at CVS if a district leader/pharmacy manager/staff pharmacist could answer -

When I was a floater pharmacist I used to get notified how much raise I would get during my annual performance review with my previous pharmacy supervisor. I got my home store recently and my current direct supervisor, the pharmacy manager, only told the staff RPhs here that we are all getting "ME" ratings and she had submitted everything in the system for the annual review. However, we didn't really have a real one-on-one "performance review", and I was never told how much raise I would get.

My question is, does my pharmacy manager get to decide how much raise I get AFTER she evaluated me as "ME"? Or is it up to the HR to decide? Or is it just a standard % raise in a certain region for all pharmacists with a certain rating?

Does the pharmacy manager know how much each of her staff RPhs makes per hour?

The reason why I am asking is I didn't really get a raise (I guess I wasn't experienced enough to ask) when I switched from floater to staff, and now I realized I'm still paid the lower rate despite working at a super busy store (we have 1 PM and 3 staff RPhs). I am wondering who I should ask, the PM or HR, if I want to know what the raise will be or whether they could give me a higher one. Thanks a lot!

your "raise" is not getting fired. you know that there are at least 50 new grads willing to do your position for 80 % of your pay

You're not suppose to get a hourly raise from going to floater to staff.....there is no promotion there.

you dont get a raise for going from floater to staff. you get the benefit of having a fixed schedule and not traveling 50 miles to work each way.

In some cases, you DO get a paid increase. If you go to a heavy volume store, there's a pay increase. At least it happen to me back in '13.

I thought I read an email last week that the new pay statements should be on the Rx Manager doodad in Radar by Thursday or Friday. I could be wrong.
