Question about pharmacy school don’t require PCAT

Are those school that don't require PCAT really hard to get in? what are they look for? such as good GPA? Pharmacy experience? or Reseach experience?

Most schools that don't require the PCAT are in California, and they are among the most competitive to get into. The others tend to be the 0-6 schools, which if you don't get into fresh out of high school, you missed your chance.

To answer what they're looking for, all the items you listed or some combination thereof.

Like what was said above, most are in California and most likely require a 4 year degree.

The usual rule of thumb is the schools that don't require pcats require degrees.

...and some schools require both PCATs and degrees (or at least most people admitted have degrees).
