Would someone tell me what exactly are all the residency programs that would accept a resident for a PGY2 position after he/she completed a prliminary surgery year?

Some of the surgical specialties may require certain rotations during your Prelim surgery year (ie, Ortho usually requires some Ortho rotations during PGY1), so without knowing more here is an incomplete list...

Categorical General Surgery
ENT
Urology
Neurosurgery
Ortho
Plastics (3+2 or 3+3 tracks)
Anesthesiology
Radiology

Also, the PGY 2-4 Emergency Medicine programs.
