Question about registration with IMC

I downloaded the IMC registartion form and unable to understand a question in the form.

HAVE YOU EVER BEEN THE SUBJECT OF DISCIPLINARY PROCEEDINGS OR A COMPLAINT OR ARE ANY PROCEEDINGS OR COMPLAINTS IN PROGRESS OR PENDING NOW BY AN AUTHORITY WITH WHOM YOU ARE OR WERE REGISTERED OR EMPLOYED AS A MEDICAL PRACTITIONER? AND/OR HAS YOUR NAME EVER BEEN ERASED/SUSPENDED/REMOVED FROM A REGISTER MAINTAINED BY ANY REGISTRATION AUTHORITY WITH WHOM YOU ARE/WERE REGISTERED?
[INCLUDE ANY ERASURE/REMOVALDUE TO NON-PAYMENT OF FEES.]


Does it include any disciplinary action during the student life in the medical university? Or are they asking about disciplinary action while someone was working as a doctor?

As a medical doctor. You aren't a medical practitioner in medical school. So basically have you ever been the subject of disciplinary hearings or a complaint while employed as a doctor?

Its still the same basically they are asking you, have you ever been disciplined, complained against while being employed/registered as a doctor. Has your name ever been erased/suspended or removed from a register like the GMC.

Remember Andrew Wakefield, the surgeon who published papers on autism and vaccines. Well he was struck off. So basically unless you've been suspended or struck off you are fine.

I want to ask which method is used be IRISH MEDICAL COUNCIL to verify the IELTS SCORE CARD? official office of ielts in Cambridge told me that IMC does not use their online ielts verification service. if its so, then which method IRISH MEDICAL COUNCIL USES
