Are there any sources of finding information about residencies/specialties where you can specifically find out this information:

- a description of the specialty and type of work
- how competitive it is to land a job in the field
- how many avg hours/week are required as a resident in that field
- how many avg hours/week a private practitioner in the field works
- how competitive is it to get that residency
- how much the avg salary of that specialty is

I'd really appreciate any websites/books that might have info on it
