Question about retakes

I'm in the process of registering for classes and I need to retake stats. At my alma mata stats was a sophomore level course (Math 2300). I'm retaking it at a community college and it's listed as a freshman class (Math 1342). The state of Texas says they're the same, eg same common course number. Would AACOMAS replace the grade? Thanks.

I asked them if a 200 level bio will replace a 300 or 400 level and they said yes as long as the credit hours and course description are the same.
