If I wanted to retake Microbiology from my 4-year undergrad, how can I find out if a Community College's Microbiology is equivalent to it and will be accepted as a retake?

Have you tried calling any schools about this? That's where I would start.

There are so many schools that I am looking to apply to. Is there a simpler way?

I think you should contact AACOM since they're the ones that will be making the "replacement'. Just email them the question - they were pretty helpful when I had questions.
