Hey,

I was wondering what type of things you will be asked on a secondary application? If anyone has a secondary application they would like to share that would be great too. I would imagine what they will ask varies by school, but any insight would be great.

It really varies by schools. Some schools request a check and nothing else. Other schools have some forms asking for basic biographical information. I remember only 2 schools out of the ones I applied to went beyond this and asked stuff like volunteer work and short answer stuff.

get ready for at least one 'diversity essay', talking about how diverse you are. (minority, low income family, 1st one to go to college or graduate from college in your family, etc.)

yeah, it's totally different for each school. for baylor's secondary app all they did was ask personal info, ie your parents tax info. for unc's it's all short essay. these are some of the questions: What have you done to explore dentistry as a career? Please List- Areas Upon Which You Wish to Improve, Indicate any experiences that would demonstrate your ability to work with your hands, etc.
