Question about sending transcripts and LOR's

1) Are official transcripts supposed to be sent individually to each school via mail? Or is there a way to request your undergrad to upload an official transcript online that can be sent to schools electronically?
2) For Letter of Recs, how does Interfolio work? Do you just upload your letter from Interfolio onto AACOMAS? Or do you send each letter individually to each school electronically?

Thank you very much and sorry if these are noob questions. I just haven't found a clear cut answer to these questions online.

1) You will send your official transcript to AACOMAS and this is usually done by requesting it through your undergraduate institution (usually a small fee attached). From here, AACOMAS either lets you enter you own grades and then they will verfiy they are correct, or you can pay them to enter in all your grades. All the DO schools you apply to will be able to view you transcript through your AACOMAS profile after this process is completed/verified.

2) So I used Interfolio for a few of my letters, and it's actually really simple! You upload each letter you want from Interfolio to AACOMAS, then from there every DO school you apply to can view it. However, remember it costs $50 to have the ability to send stored letters on interfolio to any application program.
