Hi everyone,
I'm applying for 2013 enrollment. I submitted my primaries on June 12th, got verified on June 28th. I took my MCAT on June 21st, so my scores won't come out until July 24th or something. So far I've received 7 secondaries from a variety of schools, but neither of them gave me a set deadline of when to submit the secondaries, just a general deadline of when my application should be completed. I'm not very confident about my MCAT, I think I did horribly on the verbal, and I'm afraid that I might have to retake.
Here is my question, should I be submitting my secondaries right now even though my MCAT scores aren't out yet? Each secondary costs like 75 bucks and for these 7 schools, it's already like 500 bucks. Since my MCAT scores don't come out until later, is it okay for me to submit my secondaries after my MCAT comes out so I can weed out some schools that I know I can't reach? Since my application isn't complete until my MCAT comes out anyways, is it okay to hold off on the submission of secondaries because my file isn't complete either way?
Some people also said secondaries take a while to verify, so I should submit them as soon as possible so my application can be completed as soon as my MCAT scores come out.
Please someone give me some feedback, I don't know what to do 🙁

Have the final draft ready for all the schools you've received secondary applications from. To save money, select 3-4 of the lower-tier/state schools and submit those before your MCAT comes back.

hmmm i think it depends a little bit on ur GPA. submitting early helps if you have a borderline GPA like a 3.5. if u have c/sGPA of 3.7+ I think you would be alright waiting a bit on those secondaries if u really wanna save the money.
