Question about TOURO-Secondary

So I overlooked a question right when I was about to send out this secondary It asks me, since you've interviewed, what has changed? I'm wondering should I just list things that have improved? or is this another question on my character and seeing where I have been coming from. Feels like some of the questions are redundant, but I know they are not. I am just stumped. Shoudl I write more than what is obvious on my application? Or shoudl I state how my life has been different. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

usually schools want specifics on how you have changed as an applicant - new activities, grades, new MCAT score...not so much about how your feelings have changed.
