Question about Transfer Apps?

So, I will mostly likely take Biology and Chemistry my first year of college. I want to have four subject tests on my app because I am applying to some very selective schools as a transfer applicant. This june, I will be taking Math IIC and world history. I could do MIIC in may and add Chem and Bio in June and get decent scores on the all of them, but I am aiming for near perfection on these tests. Would I be better taking the subject tests for Bio and Chem right after my classes first year of college? This would guarantee very good scores on both of them, correct?
