Do Pharmacy students have to pay tuition for the last year since it's all rotations, and in some schools I think 2 weeks preparations for the NAPLEX? If students have to pay, how did the school justify that? Thank you very much!
4th year rotations you still have to pay. Even when you do retail and hospital internships over the summer, you still pay them! I know, you are working for someone, yet it's costing you. It's pretty absurd but thats the way it goes! Also, someone once told me having pharmacists at hospital rotations is like heaven for the Physicians, because you do reports and presentations for them, and its free-labor. hahaha

The school 'justifies' it by making it a required part of the curriculum. It's no different from Education majors having to pay for their semester/quarter of student teaching.... except that the teacher isn't getting a doctorate elvel degree and looking at a $100K+ annual salary.
