I was rereading my secondary instructions and I just realized that it says that ALL supplemental forms must be received within one month of approval for sending a secondary. My approval was on 7/25 so that means my stuff is due on 8/25.
Now unfortunately, I just submitted my LOR requests for UCSD on Friday and my school's letter service takes 3-5 days to send my letter. That means on a worst case scenario, my letter might not get sent until this FRIDAY (8/24). I highly doubt that the office at UCSD will be open on Saturday so that would make my LOR come in past the deadline.
My school's service doesn't allow me to modify my request after it's in so the only other thing that I can do right now is re-send my request and have them mail it with the uber expensive "priority" request, but if I do that, UCSD will eventually get two copies of my LORs. Does anyone have any advice as to how to handle this?
