One of UNECOM's secondary questions is: "Please list ALL medical schools (osteopathic and allopathic) to which you have applied in the past and/or are applying to this admissions cycle. List each school/college along with month/year of application:"

I applied once before in 2006 and I do not remember all the schools that I applied to. I am currently contacting AMCAS to see if they have a record of this information. AACOMAS told me that they do not have a record of this. In addition, when they refer to a medical school that you applied to... do they mean medical schools that you submitted primaries to or completed with secondaries? Most of the schools that I submitted my primaries to in 2006 never got secondaries. I was not ready to go to medical school and I did not realize it until after I submitted my primary applications.

In addition, I have not completed all of my secondaries this cycle. I am still working on a few more and I may add schools or not complete all of my secondaries as the application cycle continues.

Does anyone know how to best and most accurately answer this question?

Thank you for all your help.

You are grossly over thinking this question. Just provide a list of schools that you are currently applying to and call it a day.

UNECOM was one of the schools that I applied to in 2006. So they may know that I applied to at least their school in 2006. Should I write a note that says that "I applied to a few medical schools in 2006 but I no longer have a record of these medical schools." or something to that effect?

Sure, why not?
