Apologize if this has been discussed elsewhere, but I do not think it has.. Hoping someone has previous experience or factual insight to this:
I chose to NOT automatically re-transmit my new USMLE scores and only had Step 1 for ERAS submission. When I choose to resubmit my transcript, I understand that it will send whatever scores have been reported to all of my programs.. BUT, will it then also later update programs with additional new Step scores?
If that was confusing, let me explain... I took Step 2 CS in October and honestly don't know if I passed. I took Step 2 CK this week and would hopefully like to send that score when it comes back in 2-3 weeks. But I don't want my CS score to also be automatically transmitted when it comes back later on! (This is assuming CS will take awhile to come back, like 2-3 months, I hope)
I'm hoping that we have to "resubmit" our ERAS transcript EACH time a new score comes in.
