Question about using Booster Anki Deck

Hey guys! Currently im using DAT Boosters anki deck when I study for the Biology portion of the DAT. Was just wondering is it better to use Anki after I finish reading all the notes or should I be using anki throughout even when I'm reading the material for the first time?
