Does anyone know if wayne state allows for students to transfer into their program?
I was hoping to transfer there from my current school for third year.

Probably wouldn't get much useful information RE transferring mid-way.

In general, it is uncommon to transfer between schools, but the policy is very school-dependent. Really there's nothing to do other than see if they have any information on their website and reach out directly to admissions office.

Don't burn any bridges at your current institution though. While it doesn't hurt to ask, chances are you won't be successful in transferring.
