Is there a regional certification you get for certain states? I believe to get certified in florida you must have went to a florida dental school?

different states have different certification requirements. Some states use common licensing exams (WREBs, NERBs) for certification. Some states have residency requirements (NYS for ex). Where u attend school normally doesn't matter.

You can take any boards as long as you went to a U.S. accredited dental school. So where ever you went you can take the Florida boards, some say they are harder to pass if you are an outsider trying to get in, but I don't know if thats true.
