scapula - R - viewing the anatomical position the scapular spine is oriented posteriorly, the Right scapula will have the acromion process laying to the viewers left.

Humerus - R - viewing the anatomical position the olecranon fossa will lay posteriorly, and the head of humerus and the medial epicondyle will both point to the viewer's right.

Femur - R - differentiate between the front (anterior) and the back (posterior) aspects of the femur by looking at the linea aspera - this is always on the posterior aspect of the femur. then orient the bone as should be obvious.

Tibia - R - viewing the anterior border from anatomical position, the larger medial malleolus will be on the viewer's right.
