Question for NYCPM students

Hey guys,

I recently got engaged and my wedding date is set for after I complete my first year of med school here at NYCPM. Anyone know usually what month that falls around? Also, how much time do we get off after the year and the begininning of the 2nd year? Is it only a couple of weeks? I need to know how much time I have that I can plan my wedding and what not once the year ends. Are there any married people that can testify to having a sane married life and doing well in medical school at the same time?

If I read the calender properly, between first year and second year, the students get about 4 weeks off.
