Yep I had a few academic blemishes (a D-, 2 C-, 1 withdrawal) but I also did a post bacc. It’s not the end of the world but make sure you do well in your coursework after

Yes, long story but had around 4 F’s on one of my transcripts and I’m going to be attending a Top 10 medical school in the next couple of months. I’m very non-traditional though.

I did not.

I think it really depends on your whole application whether you can make it work. If you come from a top 10 undergrad with a hard major and/or you have a very unique life story with exceptional experiences, you should be fine.

Thank you for the replies! I have gotten mostly A's in my prereqs so far and have a decent gpa. I'm just worried about whether or not that one C- will fulfill prerequisite requirements. It should not in my home state of Texas (+/- not taken into account) but I'm worried about out of state schools.

Worst-case, you'll find out that it doesn't count for requirements after you're accepted and have to take it prior to matriculation. Generally, schools don't care if you have the prereqs done by when you apply - just that you have them done by the time you enroll at their school. It shouldn't impact your chances of acceptance outside of how it affects your GPA.
