Hello,

I am applying for the to UTMB, TWU houston, and UTHSCSA for the 2014 cycle. With OT school seemingly as hard, or maybe even harder, to get into as med school i was just wondering what kind of volunteer work i should do or rather how do i stand out. My overall GPA is a 3.1, 3.6 in my major (communication disorders) and i will have either a 3.8-4.0 in my pre-reqs. I think my grades are pretty good but i feel everyone applying has pretty good grades. I will have 90 hours of observation in different settings by the time apply but should i volunteer elsewhere? What are those of you applying doing to set yourself apart?

Thanks for any replies
