I have a question for you. I remember you had a problem in getting private loans from companies. Now i have the same problem too. I was wondering how did you fix your problem and what should i do?

Yeah, those private lenders denied me left and right based on my own credit report!! Simple solution.....PARENTS as C0-Borrowers!! I got my private loans like nothing once my parents co-signed and we even received great rates!! Talk to your parents and ask them to be your co-signer/co-borrower!

What's up Andy:

Let me tell you, you're making a great choice in living near the beach. I probably would've lived at Cedar Keys my first year, but would definitely have considered the beach my second year. Don't get something south of Ft. Lauderdale beach area though. Stay close to 595 for quick access to the highway. Last advise, invest in some sun tan lotion. I chose to use SPF 0 and I'm paying for it now. I think I'm the only in Chicago peeling in May.
