Hey all,
I am curious to hear your opinions on Baylor's MD/PhD program. It seems as though Baylor requires the MD/PhD's to participate in the Graduate school a lot more than some of the schools I have seen. For example, the MD/PhDs have to take most of the intro Grad courses and follow through with the first year of Grad school before choosing a lab/thesis. In other schools, they seem to help the MD/PhDs along more by allowing them to bypass a lot of the first year grad school stuff.
I'm not sure if this is good or bad. I've heard that the first year is often pretty important in foundations and what not for a proper research but then again this takes time. Something that MD/PhDs have given up alot of already.

K! thanks for the fedback!
