question on Math question on the DAT - format, not actual question.

For those of you who have taken the DAT and used the Kaplan study materials, are the Math questions on the DAT that calculation intensive? I mean, there kaplan has questions where we are doing a lots of calculations, and without a calculator. There does not seem to be as much conceptual questions on the kaplan materials. Is that true for the DAT?

If it is, I think a calculator with no brains will score near prefect... 😵

you know the QR section has alot of algebra...and i mean algebra as in your derive your own equations......so even wtih a calculator...you wouldnt do so well
