hey guys.. i m planning to apply for 2010 fall admissions. i want to apply AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE since I have seen alot of advices on this forum regarding applying early. my problem is that i took pcat in october 2008 and did horrible (<20 composite). since then, im preparing for pcat and plan to take it this year.

my question is that since i will e-submit early some time in beginning of june. so obviously, my application will have pcat scores from october of last year. my pcat scores for this year (august 2009) will not be there yet. so i want to ask you guys should i go ahead and e-submit pharmcas putting my last year's scores and saying that i plan gto take the pcat this year again or should i first take the june pcat (NOT AUGUST) and then submit pharmcas by end of august since i would have my new scores by then.

i will appreciate all ur help.

thanks....

Take the PCAT in June if you're confident about it. That way you'll have a better idea of how your application will look when you submit it. Either way, you can include your intention to retake the PCAT on your PharmCAS application, and if you really think you tanked it, then you can still take the August test. The early scores only really matter if you're applying for early decision. If you're not, then you should be fine either way.
