Question regarding AADSAS volunteer hours input

Hey guys, I was wondering whether people only put reoccuring volunteer events in that volunteering section of the AADSAS. That it what I did last year but I have heard from several of my friends that they also put events that they participated in for a single day.

What did you guys do?

I filled in every blank that was possible to fill in. Since I didn't have 10 long-term service projects (I had about 7 that were repetitive) I filled in the remaining blanks with one time service projects that were a full day and specifically were related to dentistry.
