question regarding ADEA PASS

Hi everyone,
I'm trying to prepare myself for the next cycle and want to start getting things ready. I attended an international college and mostly have a question regarding the "Institution Evaluation" part.

So, say I put my dean's e-mail on there. My dean hardly speaks English, so I'd probably have to get in contact with him (a little prep-talk) beforehand to even explain what he's about to receive. Will the dean receive a questionnaire with questions about my time in school? If so, they will fill it out and itl'll get uploaded to my PASS MATCH application and will I have access to read it before finishing my application? Just a little curious to see how this works so I can explain it to the dean.

Also, another little question here. Does anyone have any experience sending their foreign transcript to ADEA PASS via ECE/WES? Does it then, also appear uploaded on your PASS MATCH?

Would appreciate any advice. Thanks!

Fill the application and send it before deadline. It doesn't matter if the recommendators have done it at the time you submitted through the platform. Also, you can't see what the Professional Evaluators have said about you, the recommendation is supposed to be confidential.
