i have a 3.0 science G.P.A. took orgo this semester, did B- for first test, and possibly a C+/B- for second test. Should i Pass/no credit which is kind of like withdrawing except if you get a D or higher you get credit for it. Or should i risk getting A C+/B-/B for the course. I really don't think i can ge a B+/A-/A
the course is pretty hard. What would you guys do? THank you for the input

Most dental schools are going to want to see a letter grade instead of a pass/no pass credit. I take the grade and make up for it by taking some other upper division science course.

I agree. You still have 2 tests... study your b... off!!!!!!!! That's what you HAVE to do! Every single day, pick up the book and read ALL that you can, hire a tutor (I did), visit the TA or the teacher on an almost daily basis. Basically give it your BEST. There's still a chance you can pull off a high B, and that's what you want.

Does your school offer free peer tutoring? If so, then definitely look into it. I have taken orgo and now tutor it and can tell you from experience that this is one of those subjects where you need to stay on top of the work. You still have a good chance.. Like someone said before, study your butt off and visit the prof.. Ask him/her that if you markedly improve on the next 2 exams, can those exams count more than the previous 2.. It's amazing what you can accomplish when you ask.

Best of luck
