Quick question!

say you go to College A for undergrad, non-science major but take most of the prereqs on the side. After graduation, you go to College B to finish up the prereqs (around 4 classes). You don't mesh well with College B and your grades suffer. You consider just going back to College A, where you are comfortable and retake the classes you took at College B. When it comes time to apply, can you just omit the transcript of College B? How would anyone know you even went there?

Thanks!

They want the transcripts of all the post-secondary schools you've attended. You can lie to them, but I wouldn't risk it. Just write it in your personal statement your reasons for doing poorly in college B.

Technically you can omit college B and no one would know. My husband took two master's level classes and got W's in both at another school. He applied to another university for a full time masters program and never sent those transcripts in, he was accepted and graduated 3 years ago. No one is going to come after you, they dont have the means or the resources to check that obviously. It's just up to you. Honesty is best but if you did that poorly in college B and you feel you can redo them and do much better, well then.. looks like you have a decision to make.
