Question regarding user status....

Sorry, I probably should look for this in the FAQ....but I thought someone could answer my question quicker this way.

I only joined SDN a few days ago and I am already at a "Junior" status. I only have 12 posts....so I thought it would be awhile before I was moved up from "New Member." I really don't care, but I don't want anyone to think that I am trying to make myself look like I am more experienced on here than I am!! 😱

don't worry about it! It's not like the "status" thing really means anything anyhow, or like there's an especially big learning curve for being on SDN! More posts mean that you have more of an on-line "aura" - that people recognize you, that you may have a reputation for good or bad. Less posts mean that you're more anonymous. It's no more complicated, or more important, than that!

You can change that also to say whatever you want in the my account area (I made mine say veterinarian)

Yeah, I'd totally put something about "waiting not so patiently", but darn it, I WILL be a vet some day. I may be 50 when I am, but I will still be a vet. 🙂
