hello all ,
4 yr old girl complaining of pain in left knee joint only in morning ,which disappears during day ,since 2 days, no signs of inflammation, no signs or symptoms of rickets
what should i suspect?which investigations are most important in this case ?

Does the pain wake her up in the morning or does she notice it when she puts pressure on it in the morning?
