this may be a stupid question, but do dental school accept early admission applications? ...if so, what is the process to do this-

Yah sure, apply the first day AADSAS opens and you'll probably get in on December 1. 😉

You mean like in undergrad, where you choose one school and then if you get accepted you have to go there? If so, no, because all schools open their app process at the same time, so the earliest you can apply is the earliest all schools will allow, May 15.
