competitive exclusion principle states that no two species can sustain coexistence if they occupy the same niche.
My question is, two species MAY occupy the same niche but one will drive the other to extinction due to the fact that one may use their resources more efficiently??
So basically wut im trying to ask is can two species occupy the same niche? but not for a long time because one will out-do the other...
