First, I'd like to apologize to the mods - I posted a question the other day that was almost directly from an nbme - I completely forgot about the copyright issue, etc....I'm sorry about that.
Anyway, I think I should be ok in asking this - for serious gram negatives, what are among the most orally bioavailable antibiotics to give? Thanks.
