Just curious, do I have a shot at a 4 year Irish School (UCD or Limerick would be amazing) with a 26 S mcat (3rd try) and 3.95 GPA.

3.95 GPA? Is that your GPA from a Canadian undergrad school? If so, write your MCAT 3 more times and try to get 30+... You will get in at Canada or USA.. I can almost guarantee it.
